METHODOLOGY
How this site works, what it monitors, and how to interpret what you read here.
No Terms & Conditions is an automated transparency journalism operation. It monitors government FOIA portals, investigative publications, leaked document repositories, UAP reporting, and community intelligence sources — then uses AI to synthesize and report what it finds.
Every article is generated by AI from cited sources. Every source is public and linked. No paywalls. No editorial interference. No spin.
Automated scrapers pull from 13+ sources across 6 tiers: government portals, investigative journalists, leaked document archives, UAP databases, community forums, and cyber threat feeds.
A relevance engine scores each item by keyword match, source tier, and category weight. Low-signal items are dropped. High-tier sources (FBI Vault, FOIA archives) are always included.
Claude AI reads the source material and writes articles. Each article is assigned to one of four writer personas, each with a distinct analytical lens.
A local Flux2 diffusion model (RTX 3090) generates dark editorial header images for each piece.
Articles are exported to JSON and served via this Next.js frontend. No database queries on the frontend — flat files only.
Sources are weighted by reliability tier. Tier 1 (official government) carries maximum weight. Tier 5 (community forums) requires corroboration or high engagement to surface.
Four AI writer personas with distinct analytical styles handle different article types. Category assignment is automatic — Aiden covers FOIA, Elliot handles cyber and leaks, Mr. Anderson takes declassified material, Badkirk covers UAP and community intel.
Meet the writers →AI-generated articles may contain errors of omission, misinterpretation of technical details, or misleading framing. All claims should be verified against original sources (always linked).
This is not a substitute for investigative journalism. It is a signal-finding tool — a way to surface what's moving through the transparency ecosystem before the mainstream news cycle catches it.
