EFF Names Nicole Ozer as Executive Director

SAN FRANCISCO — Nicole Ozer has been appointed executive director of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, effective June 1, succeeding Cindy Cohn.

Ozer currently serves as inaugural executive director of the Center for Constitutional Democracy at UC College of the Law in Sacramento. Her background spans privacy law, surveillance policy, AI regulation, and digital speech rights.
