Former Intel Chiefs Allegedly Oversaw Secret UFO Retrieval Program

James Clapper and Stephanie O'Sullivan ran a UAP program during Obama years, sources claim

Multiple sources told Liberation Times that former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and O'Sullivan, a senior intelligence official, oversaw a classified program focused on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) during the Obama administration.

The alleged program operated within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, according to the report. Sources described involvement in shoot-down and retrieval operations, though specifics remain murky.

The allegation drops into an ongoing debate over government UFO transparency. Congress has demanded answers on UAP incidents for years. Last year, lawmakers heard testimony from a military pilot who claimed the military has recovered "non-human" biologics from crash sites—claims the Pentagon has not substantiated.

Clapper, who led the ODNI from 2010 to 2017, has previously testified before Congress about UAP programs. O'Sullivan served as deputy director of the ODNI and later as National Security Advisor during the Biden administration.

Neither Clapper nor O'Sullivan immediately responded to requests for comment.

Developing. The original source remains Liberation Times. No corroborating mainstream outlets have independently confirmed the allegations. The claims require verification before drawing conclusions.
